While they are a really swell poster one of our own made us look silly in this thread by confusing a few styles and bands as defining hipster. I have to loosely agree with the view presented on that thread that hipsters have to at least come form an affluent background and most likely be Caucasian as well.

Good list to be on, just hold the line to the north. Hipsters drinking Pabst would be enough to make me never drink it again, if I liked it to begin with. Is the hipster the child of the yuppie?
