Okay so 12 hours @ 30 min per beer it's simple 24 so one case equals one done brisket. I have to tell you though I cook mine a little longer than that sometimes. I have the benifit of a very large rock and brick pit so I can keep the heat down and the smoke down so sometimes I need 26 or 28 beers and what's great about that too is even with the sever water restrictions they are imposing in my neighborhood I can still have the greenest grass on the block.
