I'm interested in how the Pearl Brewery fits into this plan. It's just a few blocks away. What about the extention of improvements of Broadway North of Houston Street......that actually ties a lot of this together.
Who did these renderings? Who's proposing this project?

This is a dream come true IMO, just think what it will do for Broadway, the heart of San Antonio. The area of Broadway between Hildebrand and Houston REALLY needs it. I really hope this actually happens, SA is so dang slow and notoriously difficult when it comes to revitalization projects like these.

I think the brown buildings are future buildings, and the white/grey ones are alreay there.
