Full of hype and over priced!

San Antonio is more laid back and off the radar I hope it stays that way!

San Antonio offers way more then Austin ...cheaper living and more to do I think

I now live in SA and glad I did not choose Austin!

I'm sure there will be haters that disagree ..I'm open, let them speak

What can I say SA is perfect and if Austin does have something to offer it's only an hour away!

San Antonio all the way!

Default San Antonio

My username says it all -- I am loving San Antonio. My husband's job brought us here, and I am thankful that it did. Moving here was the best thing that could have happened to our family!!

San Antonio is my hometown and I love it dearly, however I do hope it becomes more like Austin in some ways. For example, improving the quality of life and health of its citizens. Austin is one of the fittest cities in the nation while San Antonio has been listed amongst the top 10 most obese cities in America. Siclovia is a good start but a lot more needs to be done.

I would also like to see San Antonio densify more. Austin has walkable, urban developments being constructed all over the place. There's a lot in SA but not nearly as much as in Austin.

With Austin only being an hour or less away, do we really need both cities to be the same?

I like both cities but I would prefer that both are unique to each other.

Not any more. In the last issue of that report, we're in the 25 fittest cities (albeit at #25):

San Antonio is growing just as fast and is in the national spotlight quite often. Sports wise S.A. Is mentioned a lot with the Spurs, Alamo Bowl,All America bowl, US Army bowl, held annually. S.A. Just hosted a major fight on ShowTime last night and has a history of being on national t.v. for sporting events. San Antonio also has a well known brand as Austin does as well. They both are on the radar.

Personally, I love Austin. I would live there now but it's too expensive.
