Hey - does anyone know what time trick or treat is in the Stone Oak area? Is it 6-8 or 7-9?

Gosh, I had no clue there were timing restrictions! My wife wants to take the kids out at 6:00, even though it does not get dark until 7:30ish....

I dont think there is an assigned time..little one go at about 6pm then older ones out at dark. Sunset is at 645 this year cause of the lack of time change so far. I have had older kids at my door before until 9-930pm.

6:00 is a bit early, it seems the earliest ones start about 6:30 at least in my area. Peak time seems to be from 7-8 and the last one is by 8:30.

So excited I love Halloween!

OMG!!! Our girls are busting out of their seams with excitement about Halloween!!! 6:30 sounds like a great time to start. And for tomorrow, can I please have some volunteers to drop them off for the day as they are all cranked up on sugar??? Oh wait...its $5 at inflatable wonderland tomorrow!!! I think we will be spending a lot of time there tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. Having moved last year from SC, we were used to there being set times for trick or treating based on what city you are in. Its a little more laid back here.

Yeah, unfortunately, the grown-up parties are going to interfere with the kiddos this year, since it falls on a Friday! Usually it's a crappy Tuesday when you send the kids out--then the real fun is the weekend before for the big kids! Bummer!

The timing is usually right when it gets dark.
