I owned a Lennar built home in Sonoma Ranch for 5 years from 2008-2013. House was built in 2005. It was a GREAT home. Build quality was excellent, had all of the energy saving features anyone could ever want in it, standard features were awesome, and the upgrades the previous owner put in (fixtures, laminate flooring) were just icing on the cake. I only had one stupid simple cheap-to-fix issue with the AC unit (covered under my homeowners warranty in the 1st ear of ownership) that I had to deal with.
