Sure, why not? Stoners are, generally speaking, harmless, passive types. I actually worry far more about all the crazed drunks, running people over, beating their spouses, etc., booze is far more dangerous than pot IMO, which is one reason I've curtailed my nightlife so much the last few years. I'm so tired of going to say, (insert venue of choice here), to watch a band, hang with friends, whatever, and have some dead-drunk jerk try and start trouble after accidenatally bumping into them. The stoners are usually too busy watching South Park on a couch somewhere, merrily gobbling pizza to be any threat to myself or society.

Now, as far as "hard drugs," no way on legalization - meth/coke/heroin users scare the heck out of me. I've had a few work for me in the past, they're incredibly volatile, irrational, and just plain flat-out scary individuals. We need to go after hard drugs, and stop wasting time (and taxpayers money) on marijuana law enforcement.
