Just moved back. Downtown is alive.

but what bars/restaurants should I go to?

I'm not big on the downtown scene. I prefer the Broadway corridor. Just inside 410 you have Salud/Revolution Room/Karma and then the Hangar on one side, then Beto's Empanadas and Rebar on the other. Farther down, at Sunset, in the Collection, is Posh, which is maybe the most pretentious place I have ever been, but can be fun with the right group of people.

What's great is all those places are located on Houston Street. Is this "New" place also going to be located on Houston Street?
