i really liked the oakwell farms area, think it may work out. my wife is coming down this weekend to look with me to narrow down our choices. thanks for all the suggestions and help

last week i went out to stone oak for the first time. didn't even realize i was going there, i was just following my nav to the gabriel's liquor superstore in search of a particular beer lol. i noticed the costa bella apartment complex next door and was shocked at how nice it looked, so i stopped in to take a peek. i was really impressed. very pricy, but i liked them alot, and i love the idea of having an elementary school so close.

does anyone have any experience living there, or friends there and can give a review or some perspective?

also because i did so much driving around in circles that day, i didn't get a true feel for the distance. what would the commute from that area, to FT sam be in and out of rush hour?

Thanks!
