Does anyone know what they are going to be building in the fenced off area on Harry Wurzbach, next to St Pius? Apartments?

I found the address using the BCAD property search tool: 3819 Harry Wurzbach

http://www.bcad.org/ClientDB/PropertySearch.aspx

According to them KVSBAK LTD and VILLAGE AT OAKWELL FARMS LTD both own this, and both of those have the same mailing address at another location.

Maybe it will be housing indeed?

3819 Harry Wurzbach at the building search tool only brings up a bunch of other licenses mainly dealing with signage. At this stage whoever is developing there has not opened a building permit for actual construction because that would list what it is going to be including the square foot and all.

That area has looked so haggard and dumpy over the past few years. Broken windows and tagging everywhere. Not good for an area just on the cusp of hoity–toity Alamo Heights.

Umm maybe you are thinking of another area but I can't think of one instance of tagging or broken windows along there. Maybe you are thinking of a different area?

hrmm, I am talking to 2 years ago maybe? Just south of St. Pius X on the little Harry Wurzbach frontage road.

Interesting read! Looks like they are building an over pass on Eisenhower to go over Austin Highway.
