Is it the San Antonio PD or Hollywood Park? Is Stone Oak zoned as San Antonio? Does it matter? I had a ton of stuff stolen by my moving company and need to file a theft report asap...

Stone Oak is San Antonio, not Hollywood Park. However, some areas are BCSO (Bexar County Sheriff), as they are outside SA city limits.

Where exactly did this occur?

Just fill out a report online, why do you need to waste an officers time with this?

Even better, I didn't even know you could do that! (I've never had anything like this happen before). Thank you!

Stone Oak is served by the SAPD North Substation, (210) 207-8126.

Property Crimes is (210) 207-7601.

Nope, very expensive items were removed from boxes I had pre packed and sealed.. The boxes, with obvious signs of being opened and retaped, arrived safely but the pricy (and only the pricy) items inside did not!

Thankyou!! Turns out I do need to go in person and write a detailed statement in order to claim through the insurance company. I will go to that location!

In the past I filled couple reports and NEVER heard a word/follow up from SAPD. I am not sure if officers "waste a time" to read them...

I suppose that filing a report online could be a good tool, but if it doesn't even satisfy an insurance adjusters basic request, what good is it? Not like there's much of a chance of property retrieval either way.
