goodwill would be the first place i would look. they hire anyone.

also, not sure if they hire parole people (i assume that means felony?), but bill miller's is always hiring morning shifts and starting at 10/12 an hour

Alot of hotels down town hire people on parole(as they get tax breaks for doing so)

I remember someone once posted a list of companies that hire felons. I'm not sure it was here, or someone I know in the real world. A quick google found a list here:

Like they stated before, Goodwill can help.

Also, once your probation is done, you may want to look into cleaning up your record, which you can do to certain extents, depending on your situation. You may be eligible for expuntion, non-disclosure, or sealing of a juvenile record.
