My son just relocated to SA from NJ. He will only be here for his job for 1 year. Can anyone recommend where he can find used or inexpensive furniture other than Craigs list? Any help is appreciated

the places me007gold listed? bedbugs, MORE bedbugs and lord knows what you will get from freecycle.

goodwill was just busted recently for selling furniture with recent sanitation tags on them but filled with bedbugs.

craigslist will be your cheapest and easiest route. might even be able to get a delivery out of it.

If it were me, I might consider buying a couple of cheap items at Target or Walmart. They won't be great but should easily last a year and you'll know where they came from.

Check out Cort Furniture Rental and Clearance Center. There are a few different locations, but I had really good luck at the one on Fredericksburg Rd, near the Medical Center.

I bought my furniture from Cort. They rent furniture sets and then sell them. My stuff was in good condition.
