My wife and I have narrowed our choice of homebuilders to Gehan and Wilshire, and we are having a tough time deciding which to go with. Both sites are in Schertz -Gehan's is on the Bexar County side of Schertz, and Wilshire's is in Guadalupe County. The Gehan neighborhood is just starting, and the Wilshire neighborhood is almost completely built out. I thought I'd post on this forum to see which builder is recommended, overall impression, the positives/negatives of both, best standard features of each, personal experience with either builder, warranty/construction issues, and would it be better to be in Bexar or Guadalupe County?

Your thoughts and recommendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
