When is Kelly Parkway going to be built?
In fact, when are ALOT OF THINGS going to be built? Like...
1604 freeway extention from 151 to Bandera?
Wurzbach Parkway/ 281 intersection?
151 outside of 1604?
the Bandera Expressway?
and are they finally going to start construction on 281 toll and 1604 toll? or is that still being held up?

To start the Bandera Expressway is going through an environmental study that will take up to 5 years so don't count on that anytime soon.
The 1604 and 281 projects are suppose to start in early 2008. You can blame it on the toll party and others. The projects should have aready started.

Bandera Expressway? What in the heck is that for? Something big out in the Cowboy Capital of the World that Rt 16 is sufficient enough to get to? This is the first I have heard of it...I knew there was a proposal to extend 151 further west, but I thought only out to where 211 will one day be connected.

No its just Bandera road from 410 to 1604 on the Northwest side of town.

When I drive north on 410 and pass by the Bandera exit I can see a piece of freeway up in the sky that looks like it's trajectory is going to line up with Bandera road. Is this going to be an elevated freeway and/or future toll road running from 1604 to 410?

That is just a special interchange to help with congestion. But the Bandera Expressway is in the EARLY EARLY planning stages but yes it is suppose to be an elevated tollway.

All of these projects are part of the toll project. When this is approved, then they'll begin construction on these projects.

a new freeway coming off of Hwy 90 to Kelly USA, then follows the railroad tracks, crosses Southcross and SW Military Dr., intersects with I-35 and I-410, and lastly meets up with SH-16. All on the SW side of town.
