Wow, didn't mean to cause too much a fuss. No you are correct I am not a homeowner, in fact I am a college student. I think it is perfectly normal to be upset when your property gets vandalised (as OP stated the yard was trashed). To worry about the underage drinking (18 isn't very young) isn't really any of your business though. Ironic that you can die for your country under 21 but alcohol is prohibited. Ohh and just FYI a recent study has shown that since the NMDA Act of 84' (raised the drinking age to 21) there has not been a reduction in the number of alcohol-related accidents, but in fact an INCREASE. Oh and I will withdraw my initial suggestion of an average age of 60, looks like I was off by 20 or so years. Honestly if you re-read the first several posts in this thread is sounds like an anti-youth hate mob. Not trying to get on anyone's bad side here, just my opinion.
And no I don't think there is anything illegal about people parking in front of your house unless they are parked near a stop sign or ON your property. It can be a hassle to deal with, but perhaps you could try turning a sprinkler or something on IN your yard that just happens to drench their vehicle. Just my suggestion.

For the OP:
Start taking pictures, lots of them. Also, keep a notebook documenting offenses. Put some sort of permanent barrier at the front of your lot, so that they can't park their cars on your grass. If they're moving rocks you've put there, the rocks aren't big enough. If they leave trash on your property, take a picture, then put it in a bag and leave it on their front step.
Find out who owns the property and start (politely) complaining to them both in paper (certified letter!) and by phone. Keep complaining, every day if you have to. See if any of your other neighbors have the same problem, and get them to start complaining too.
If there's an HOA for your area, complain to them. Many HOA's don't allow renters. When the loud parties start, call the police. If there are minor children living in the house and you think there are drugs being used on the premises, call child protective services.

To Tgannaway89. I'm 31 going on 60. And it's not an anti-youth hate mob thing, it's a respect thing. People work hard for their *****, and when someone disrespects that, it pisses me off. Could be a young buck, or an old man, either ways, they’re getting a beat down... nuff said.
So...status on the wild teenagers parking in front of house?

It's a pity you don't reside in Boerne. There you can turn them in, get a cash reward, and then I get to work them on the weekends as they complete their community indentured servitude.
