Bayseas just opened a new location on Nacogdoches. It's in the space that was formerly Tom's Ribs.

That was Tom's Ribs flagship restaurant. The others are franchise and have mediocre food

Bayseas moved to a larger building ( old Tom's Ribs ) still on Nacogdoches. Ate there last nite as it is one of our favorites. As ALWAYS --IT WAS GREAT!

Imaterry, it was a little pricey but just about everything is it seems. For the one meat plate and tea it was $10.21 and doesn't include the tip. I used to eat out at lunch every day but had to slow it down some when I realized I was spending $35-$40 a week just on lunch and I was sick of all the same old places. Now I eat in about 3 times a week. On the days I eat in I spend about $1 and day. Now I can splurge when I do go out for lunch.

One of the best soul-food restruants in town, if not the best. Everything is so delicious and I'm a VERY picky eater.

They have a leg and thigh for 99cents all day everyday special. They have really great specials. I got a combo meal with chicken tenders, fries a roll and a tea for less than 5 bucks.

Probably the Best, cafeteria style, eat quick, man, love it. I have eaten there many times. Their desserts, Peach cobbler, homemade, Pecan Pie, to die for.
