I was in the 8th grade in junior high in Dallas. Utter shock. I've never believed the stories about kids cheering, other than the 1st graders who were told they were getting out of school early.

I was only three years old. I was at home in Fridley, MN and obviously too young to comprehend such a terrible thing happening. Because I was too young to really take it in intelligently at the time, I made it a point to see the early 90's movie JFK with Kevin Costner the first weekend it hit the big screen. If I was ever to visit the Dallas area, the visit to the museum/ book depository site would definitely be the thing I would do on Day 1 there.
