Does anyone know which local boy scout troops have a good active group that goes camping, etc. on a regular basis?

Or resources for me to find this out?

What school does the boy attend? This will help us better give you a good troop in your area.

I think the OP was looking for opinions on a good troop, not just where to find them. I have two co-workers whose sons are in a troop from the Thousand Oaks area but I don't know the number. They say great things about the things they have done so far this school year.

Which is why I suggested Troop 90 in an earlier post. But she can also get information from the council itself.
