I am looking for tickets to see wicked this march at the majestic theatre in san antonio. The only seats i can find are the mezz section ff, are those any good? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It's not that big of a theatre and most seats are reasonably good. The only problem is that a few seats are behind posts. IME, these have been on the lower level towards the back, so mezz is probably ok. You can look at the seat chart and see where they are exactly. They're not super close, but unless you feel the only way to see it is orchestra seating, they're usually good enough.

What section are you looking at? There are 5 sections - right, right center, center, left center and left. It really depends which section. Keep in mind that the mezzanine is behind the Starlight Suites, so you're not at the edge of the overhang, if that makes sense.

That and if you are taller than 5'3" the leg room can REALLY be lacking in the Mezzanine section....just FYI.

LOVE the Majestic, but it is not "tall folk" friendly on the upper level.

The three mezzanine CENTER sections are fine (we're sitting on mezzanine row CC, for example). The far left and right sections can sometimes cause issues with seeing the entire depth of the stage. The balcony sections seem the most cramped.

One hint: purchase tickets directly from the box office on Houston Street if you can - you'll save the $16 in fees per ticket that are charged when purchasing online.

I am going to see Wicked again and taking hubby this time. Last time though I was in the very last mezz row in RC and the seat was good enough to see what was going on. majestic is a beautiful place to see a show.

Also, don't discount StubHub.com and TicketsNow.com for better, albeit higher priced, seating.

Wicked will surely sell out its San Antonio run... And as someone who has seen it over a dozen times with every major company out there, you want to be either mid-orch (center, row o-u) or very front of the mezz. If you can snag a starlight suite, do that, but stay clear of those horrible boxes that the Majestic likes to premium price. Terrible seating/viewlines

Suite seats are awesome. Had them to see the Lion King. WOW. This time I am seeing Wicked in the first row of the mezz. Saw flashdance from those seats and they were excellent.
