They really need to put out a shopping guide for the residents of North Central SA. because of all the new shopping centers popping up overnight.

I mean I know, its a good peice of real estate, great GYM and tons of restaurants to live close by...But would any of you pay that much for an apartment???
maybe not you or me... but some people will pay for that... its a good location... except the traffic... the design looks neat... mixed used development... but if i will choose to live in a mixed-use development, i will probably choose the corner of i10/1604 where the rim and others are...

Probably never, movie distribution companies hate movie theaters too close together and with northwoods just across the highway makes it highly improbable.

It might not be your cup of tea but this will be the second mixed use lifestyle center here in town. All across the country this is just as popular as the lifestyle you and I prefer. (judging by your post you want live in an urban environment)

This would kind of development would be perfect for a young professorial working up at Tesoro or even a short commute to Valero.

It's not the second mixed use lifestyle center.

There's the Rim, La Cantera, Eilan, Quarry Market/Village and soon Tacara.

I was counting the Quarry and forgot about La Cantera but the Rim has nothing like this. The Rim has garden style apartments near the retail portion of the the development. La Cantera and legacy actually interact with the retail portion of their respective developments.
