Recently had a leak in my second floor bathroom thats over the garage. The plumber punched a hole in the garage ceiling to access and repair it. Can anyone recommend someone who can replace the sheetrock that was damaged?

Drywall repairs are very, very easy for any homeowner to do. The harder part is matching any texture that might be there. But since this is a garage ceiling, if you can live with an un-textured area (if textured previously) you should give it a try yourself. If you Google search "how to replace drywall ceiling" you'll come across many good links and even many with information just for patching the ceiling if that's all that is needed.

Nothing like fixing your own home and drywall repairs are a good place to start and learn. Good luck!

I'm pretty handy and can usually do stuff like this, but I have a pinched nerve in my neck which limits my range of motion. Reaching up from a ladder is pretty much impossible at this point.

Great guy for small or large remodel jobs. He can do it all- framing, drywall, tile, cabinets, trim, etc. Does a great job and cares about the quality of his work.
