Why is there a Higher limited english proficent in Houston hispanic schools than San Antonio Texas? The hispanic schools in san antonio are 28 to 34 percent limited english proficient while in Houstons East Side its its 55 to 63 percent in Houston Hispanic Schools? Does immigration play a role in this?

1. What's a "Hispanic" school?
2. Where are you getting the LEP figures from?
3. I will resist pointing out English errors in the OP.

Default Finally,

Finally someone that makes some sense here at city data forum has made an entry.
Its.Its? Probably a typo. Holy cow.

I off hand could not estimate. I will get back to you with the exact figures quickly after I return.
Give me a couple of days. Minimum. It takes that long for me drive back to the Statistical Research Foundation where I work in Houston. There I can get an answer.
Can you hold on for a couple of days?

The CITY or STATE does not administer the SAT; the College Board does. The test in Spanish is a subject matter test, not the standard reading, math or writing tests.
