Commercial lots at 281N and Sendero Ranch (Marshall, Bulverde: for sale, credit)

Does anyone know what is planned for the commercial lots on 281N just north of Ancira Jeep, Mumme's and the entrance to Sendero Ranch?

I know they're planning a VIA park and ride (to be the largest in SA) and a new library at 281 and Marshall.

Is it where txtechgirl stated or actually on marshall? I live in this area and cant think of any room at the intersection of 281 and marshall.

Across from the gas station at Marshall on the east side of 281N is a big lot that was just cleared....that could be the one the poster is speaking of.

I think those lots are still for sale. I have seen a lot of signs going up in the last few weeks/months. With credit tightening a bit it might be a little more difficult to get funding for projects right now.

The VIA idea sounds great, as does a Library. I thought the lots South of Bigs on Marshall was just more retail, and the McMillan homes.

If we could get VIA out this way that would be great. I'd love for my daughter to be able to take a bus home from Reagan (if she misses the public school one) and get her to at least the HEB on Evan's/281. Bulverde and Evan's would be even better.
