So crappy TWC Decides to charge me $90 for only tx/internet. Any other service providers or ways to get cable tv? $50 for cable is ridiculous. Im in the Ventura community still in san antonio.
I checked grande, at&t, comcast, nothing in my area except TWC. How else can I get a tv signal? or atleast Fox news because thats basically the only channel I watch.

You would probably have to consider Dish Network or DirecTV.

For example, Dish Network has a package called "Smart Pack" that is regular $32.99/month, or $19.99/month for new customers for the first year. That packages includes Fox News, basic local channels (no "sub-channels"), and a few other cable/satellite-only channels.

As far as internet, if AT&T doesn't offer U-verse in your area, they probably still offer "traditional" DSL, but DSL speeds aren't very fast.

You can get fox with an antenna. As long as you have a digital tv, just connect the antenna and you're good to go. You still have to pay for internet though and when internet is all you get from TWC, they want $60/month for it.

You can check out Grande Communications. Check their web site to see if it is available in your area. They offer an a-la-cart type cable so you don't have to buy packages you don't want.

If the OP wants FOX Network, then yes, the local affiliate is available free of charge with an antenna. If he wants FOX News, (which is what it sounds like he is wanting), then that channel is available only with a Cable or satellite subscription.

Grande service area in San Antonio is predominantly inside Loop 410 north of downtown. I think their expansion in San Antonio has been stalled out for several years.

Buy a one time antenna with an amplifier for the TV and then buy a CLEAR Hub 4G for the internet.

Both are easy to install and maintain.

When I crave CNN I just google "free CNN USA live streaming." Within 3-4 clicks I have a stream.

There is a free Fox News channel available for the Roku streaming box that includes a live stream during the day. (Noon - 5 PM Eastern IIRC) It also provides access to recordings of Fox News shows. I don't have it installed on mine, so I'm not certain if it works without a cable subscription.
