That may be true, but in the article, it states that Wal-Mart recently opened an office in San Antonio to work with the same vendors that HEB uses. That is what I based my comment off of.

They broke ground on the Walmart Neighborhood Market at Tezel and Guilbeau recently, and I guess they'll be done in the Fall. I have really mixed feelings about this as I absolutely HATE Walmart, but would love an updated grocery store nearby.
