Here is a link to Alamo Ranch Marketplace:

A few months ago, Costco was on this flyer, but now it says "Phase 2" where Costco once was. Who know's if they are still part of the plan or not. I have not heard or seen any plans for a Costco at Potranco.

Alamo Ranch Marketplace @ 1604 and Culebra. Costco, Best Buy, Target, and JC Penney were some of the stores mentioned.

I can't get the link to work but the new retail center planned at the SW corner of Grosenbacher and Potranco will have a Walgreens and an AutoZone so far. There are two other sites that show leased that are planned for 60K-70K sq feet of retail for each (no names yet) along with about four fast food sites that are available for lease.

Does anyone know what is going to be built in the 2-acre spot on the NE corner of Talley and Potranco?

[Wow...if you look at the diagram it appears to these old eyes that area "D" is a Starbucks Drive-thur.....do you REALLY think that they would have 2 of these within 1 mile of each other?

Is this on the Westcreek side of 1604...I see the "wall sign" but not the walgreens that is currently here at our enterance of Westcreek in the diagram.

Thanks so much for all the info you share, I REALLY love to see anything that you post since you are up on soooooo much for San Antonio!!!

Have you heard ANYTHING else on the Ikea going into the Regal Hills area?
Have you heard ANTHING ON PANERA BREAD in SA???? Again, thanks for sharing your knowledge with those of us DYING to know!!
