Santioks held their ground breaking today for the Granada at 1604 and Potranco. Also, it will come with a shopping center attachment much the way Silverado is.

Hey Folks, Nice to see some good resources of information on the future of Potranco. I live off of Potranco outside the loop and have been watching it grow for about 8 years now. I can't believe it.

The second academy (first one on 1604 is at 1604-281 roughly) will be going in at the hill country plaza, on 1604 and military highway I personally dislike all the growth west of bandera/1604.

I just don't understand the excitement about this sprawl. There is tons of lots empty on potranco just outside 410...Why go all the way to 1604? I think we know the answer...Just inside 410 is some not so good neighborhoods right there...So there is a big chunk of empty land seperating the not so good area from the decent area. It's a master planned idea! lol...

Btw i'm currently a student at northwest vista (no utsa yet ) Anyone know when the construction there on 1604 from about 151 to 90 i guess...will be done?

My husband and I have been looking at the Pulte homes in Alamo Ranch. He is due to retire from the Air Force in May. I wanted to ask if you were happy with your home there and also if you are aware of any commercial developements happening in that area? One of our neighbors said he thought there was going to be a mall built in that area.
Thank

Hello..there's more info on Alamo Ranch and on Alamo Ranch Marketplace throughout this thread if you'd like to go back and read through some of the earlier pages. You should find a lot of good information from everyone!

Default I live in AR and I LOVE it.

Totally worth it. It's in a great location. People are friendly and clean. Seems like a step above some of our other options. Yes, and if you read back in this thread, there's a plethora of cognosicble facts and opinions.

For those of you who live in Alamo Ranch or may know about it:

How many houses have they built so far? How fast do they plan to build the rest of it? Is that Dell Webb community mainly for retirees? Anyone know when they plan to build the 151 bridge/underpass over/under 1604? Any info helpful. TIA
