Yes, it will be called the Stock Yard. The sign has been up for a couple of months now, it really should be up and running soon! I am very excited to check it out!

hopefully it has better luck than that Red Barn place had. I personally wouldn't want to compete with Rudy's, that place is way too famous..

and this isn't exactly Potranco/1604 related, but there's a Krystal Burger opening at Culebra/1604 just past the new Firestone store. I haven't been down Culebra in months, but had to today. There's quite a bit going on around there.

They've been hiring for about a week (All Positions job in San Antonio, TX: Restaurant/Food Service careers - Yahoo HotJobs (broken link)), so they should be open soon, maybe.. I can't find a web site for it
