Has anyone heard if Pei Wei is definitely going into Potranco Village? I hope so! What about Madison's Market? Any updates on that one? What I would give to see a bookstore in our area. Also, our neighbor said there is another shopping center going up called Potranco Market... not sure where that one is with respect to the otheres, though.

Sign went up for Pei Wei. It will be in the shopping center directl behind Bill Miller's.

Default hmmmmmm...

Residential. And no, my office is the new(ish) one at Culebra/1604 near WalMart. But very interesting about one coming in at Potranco! Do you have any details you can divulge? Feel free to PM me.

Lately in coming home from work, (around 5ish) I have been finding extremely difficult to get passed 1604 on one light and of course because of the added light the extra time takes forever!!! I instead take Military all the way to 1604 and turn left from there whereas before I would take Seascape. We were thinking of moving further out to Bella Vista but are thinking twice. For the money or slightly more it may be easier to move to the McMillen homes off Talley considering Wiseman would take you right to 1604. I wonder how bad it will be when Walmart opens.

I think a lot of developers are anticpating that Potranco is going to be the next Bandera @ 1604. We are seeing similar developements at Culebra @ 1604 but the key difference between Bandera and Potranco is that there is an overpass and 4 lanes of traffic on both sides of the highway and Potranco is lacking both of these features.

If you look at the development of Culebra, the area was DEAD (except HEB) pre road construction and overpass development. Look at it bloom now! Of course they still need to expand the roads on the outside of 1604 and I hope they do it soon!

All the stuff going into 1604 and potranco is premature, I understand it may be needed and there are some substantial amount of demand but it might be too much too soon.
