Yup, What gets my goat is when I am trying to get across to hit either the turn around or turn only lane at the Valero exit and someone blocks me, then notices at the green light, attempts to let me in, I wave him off and he looks at me funny. Like I upset him/her some how. I need to the other lane people. Instances like that I hit the turn around and take Walmart to Potranco. SShhh! Don’t tell anyone. 

Question...

What disaster happened in the Park Place and Heritage Farms subdivisions (off Potranco...just east of HEB) ? I first noticed a month ago when I took my daughter to the duck pond. We went back there this evening and the Park Place subdivision still has tree limbs pilled up by the curb of every house! Many of the homes also have mattresses & furniture pilled up. What happened and why is cleanup taking so long???

The disaster is that THEY live in the city limits and got their notice of "bulk pickup" in the area...one of the BENEFITS of living in the city vs outside city limits. Folks can put out ANY big, heavy items that they want to get rid of and the city hauls off for them. Since they do it by neighborhoods/areas, they must have gotten their notice. Happens a couple times a year...nice when your fridge dies or something big needs to be hauled off and you don't have to hire it done.

Welcome to you. Just a heads up......I would not post my address in my location:-)

Otherwise, there are so many kind and enlightened posters who can comment.....I know nothing about the Costco there:-(

If I remember right, which I rarely do as I get older, there won't be a Costco here.. or at least that's the last thing I remember hearing, but I could be wrong.. and hopefully I am, I'd like one close by

I'll second the motion that you should take your address off lorainsatx. There's too many crazy people on the internet for that sort of information to be available to everyone.
