I was just down visiting my folks off Potranco and I drove through Amhurst and saw the expansion further south towards Dove Creek...can someone tell me if they're also building houses in Dove Creek besides the mobile homes there? Something is going on in there with street layouts and all, but I didn't explore very well. And I got my folks to try Papa Murphy's and they loved it so I think they're new customers now...the pizza was very good!

There's some off 151 by the Hyatt Hill Country. I don't know your price range and these are pretty expensive, but I know two people that live(d) there and they had nothing but good things to say about it. Can't remember the name, but it's easy to spot and the only apartments in that area that I've ever seen

No Spring Vista is a neighborhood in between Potranco and Military. There are some apartments off of 151 called Tara Vista but they've been open for a long time. They are a decent in between type apartment. Not nearly as nice as the complex across 151 near the Hyatt but still pretty decent.

Hey, just today I noticed the two new signs (one on 1604 headed north on the left hand side just before the Walmart at Potranco and the other sign ON Potranco just after passing the Walmart there at the corner) announcing the new Potranco Market, a new 800,000 sq ft retail community. Guess things are starting to happen in the big plans...hoping for that gym!

I asked one of the managers at Popeye's on Marbach if there was going to be a Popeye's coming to 1604 & Potranco and she said that there were plans for one, but not in the near future. However, she did say one was going to be built on 1604 & Culebra by middle of next year. Can't wait for other stuff to come up on Potranco.
