Sugar Land has a wildly successful Town Center as well. Though it is much more urban and walkable than this project seems to be. I really like the idea though. It's hard to build urban in the Hill Country.

Probably pretty steep as they will be quite luxurious.

Default Re: what do you think the rents will be

What do you think a one bedroom might go for a month? $650-$700?

Much more. They will be pushing $1,000 at least. There are many lower class apartments in the area and they start around $800.

Lower than those to be located in eilan. I'm not suggesting run-down or low class in any way.

Is this still on even with the current slowdown in the economy? I would have thought the plans would have been scuddled by now.

You are, by calling them lower class.

Something like "the cheapest priced apartments in that area run at 800 dollars." would have been better.

Yes it's still on. Also, Wereldhave (the developer) builds all their developments with their own money and also Eilan is being built on spec so the slowdown in the economy won't have too much affect on it.
