There are several vacant acres just south of the entrance to Lookout Canyon (Overlook Parkway) from 281.
It's been there for several years and the cedar has been cut down and mulched there, but nothing else has happened.

Can anyone tell me if there is a development planned here, or if it's private property or what?

Here you go - low income apartments. This, along with the two big complexes by sondero ranch/mountain lodge are going to make traffic even more ridiculous. Anyone have an update on the toll road progress?!?
