Are there any in San Antonio that specialize in strict paleo foods?

For Paleo meets convenience, it's easy enough to order grilled steak/chicken/fish and steamed veggies at most any restaurant. Bonus if there's a salad bar as well to cull assorted Paleo friendlies. Also, you can get a veggie omelet with bacon (Paleo candy!) at any diner as well. You just have to be a little creative sometimes, but even a burger joint can be Paleo if need be. That way you don't have to drive too far out of your way and won't be restricting dining options to other folks in your party.

Yes! Bacon is paleo candy. Unfortunately, most commercially sold bacon has sugar and/or other ingredients that are not paleo friendly. Most restaurants also use oils that are not compliant with paleo. Thus, my question re: strict paleo. Yes...I know I'm being picky.

I'm two weeks into Keto (high fat, medium protein, low-no carbs). Lost 23.3 lbs so far. It'd be nice to find a place where I could get something other than a bunless burger or steak. Cooking at home is so much easier but I miss eating at restaurants.

I'm not paleo so I'm less restricted, though.

It is much easier to cook at home (which I usually do), but I'll be visiting and would rather not spend too much time in the kitchen. No worries, though, I'm just hoping I don't fall off and get run over by the wagon like I usually do when I'm there!
