OK, there's 128 pages to this thread so excuse me if it's been mentioned; but has Salad Creations opened? I was looking for it the other day, but missed it. I didn't realize it was up against 1604, next to the AT&T store. Has anyone tried it?

Cheers! M2

Dang! I was driving all over AR Saturday night in the Jeep looking for it. I guess it was in the one place I didn't look! I ended up having the wife call in an order at Rome's in Helotes, then waited 40 minutes for it after having driven from AR over to Bandera Road. They did give us two $5 off coupons for the wait, which was nice; but no one should have to wait that long for takeout!

We'll have to give it a try this weekend, thanks for the info mojokitty!

You know they have a Rome's on Culebra, across from the Hobby Lobby end of the shopping area...

If you want a better salad and one that will actually fill you up, go to Ruby Tuesdays instead. You can get unlimited salad bar visits plus unlimited fries, and a mini burger, chicken sandwich, turkey burger, and several other things for $8.99. I think that's about the same price as the large salad at Salad Creations, which is not what I would call huge at all. We ate there once and left hungry and we had what they claimed was a large salad. It was quite a bit of lettuce, but that was about it.. not sure how lettuce is supposed to make you full.
BTW, we went to RT last night around 4:30 and there still wasn't a line to get in when we left after 5:30, so it's safe to go for those that don't like lines. They said they're opening for lunch starting Friday

You're right, we've even eaten there but I completely forgot!

Where were you Friday night when I needed that info?!?
