I for one am glad to see them here. The traffic on Wiseman and Tally could use some watching. Someone is going to get killed by some smart ass speeding on both roads. I have actually been pulled over by the older silver haired man on the motorcycle by mistake, (he read my inspection sticker wrong) , and found him to be very nice. He apologized like a gentleman and sent me on my way. It's so easy to just call all cops jerks, and I'm sure there are plenty, but imagine the amount of people they encounter just doing their job that are jerks to them.

I agree, don't speed and it won't be a problem.

I travel both of these roads very often and I see people driving way over the speed limit almost every time.
So, I would say they need more speed traps to get it through peoples heads.

They're doing their jobs and if one is rude to you, call the BCSO and complain.

And I highly doubt they are citing people for "1-2 over," considering how many people do 10-15 over...

I think they all recognized the issue of driving over the speed limit...that was NOT the issue.

The point in my original question had to do with the manner in which deputies treat people.

*if* I was you, I would advise my friends to simply not speed.

No comment on the speeding part but I am not shocked if the BCSD deputies are being accused of being rude or arrogant.

I think we had already enough threads about cops, tickets, speed limits and such. Posting here does not change anything.
Obey the laws and stop complaining.
