Bummed by the news that the Graffiti Removal App no longer supported by the city. It was nice--so easy, they used GPS to locate it (great for parks). I also know how quickly they got out there to clean it up. Apparently, now you have to call 311. I have no idea how that will affect reaction/cleanup time.

They have a new app that's why. It's called SA 311 and you can do more types of reporting with it. Check the regular app download places.

311 in San Antonio is a joke.

Call in your problem, get the confirmation number and sometimes within 3-hours go back online and its been closed !!!

Call to find out what happen and their response is to call the person that handles it to only find out that they will say " we are understaffed" !!!

So why is there a 311 anyway ????????
