I have the same question as the original poster. I live on the other side of I-10 and can see the heavy equipment operating there daily. It is not in the Rialto Village area. If you are driving "west" on I-10 it is on the right about 1/2 mile (?) before the #546 Fair Oaks exit. Anyone have any idea?

stone creek. It is a new subdivision of acreage homesites. It is being developed by green land ventures.

Stone Creek at Fair Oaks Ranch Premium Real Estate Lots, just outside of San Antonio and Boerne.

hope that helps

I don't think it is Stone Creek. Stone Creek is way out Ralph Fair almost to rt46 and about 5 minutes toward Boerne on Anman Road. It's probably 10 mins from Cordillera Ranch.

Your right. Sorry about that.

I spoke with those guys a few days ago and was under the impression that his sign on I-10 was where he was talking about.

Some searching on the web shows that Todd Booth - developer for prestige custom homes his the person receiving the tax bills. However it is under a corporate name. IH 10 Partners LTD

I guess they are getting ready to do a new neighborhood right there.

I can't wait to see the progress. I'll be in SA at the end of March to take a look.

I think you are right about it being Prestige homes. I was under the impression that they were going to develop all of the land in front of Village Green where the Fireworks stands are currently.

This is going to be the Ridge Creek subdivision. The builder is Monticello Homes:
