Who do y'all recommend for waste managment?? I already know not to go with Tiger, read WAY to many bad reviews. And then heard WM is good but cost too much. Thanks.

The only problem I've had with them is sometimes they leave the can too much into the road. So dumb drivers hit the can and it's got a big crack. No biggy, really!

I've tried to switch to Tiger twice, the first time they said they couldn't bring me cans for two week and just to leave my trash in bags next to the road and they would pick it up.
Of course they didn't pick it up. Three weeks later, and a lot of trash piled on the road and they still hadn't gotten me any bins.

The second time I tried them, they promised me bins in two weeks, three weeks later I called and asked where the bins were and they said they delivered them.

Their service might be terrific once they actually get you the bins, but in my experience it's near impossible to get them to bring you bins.

Since we've been in SA we've used Allied Waste aka Republic Services.
They're more expensive than Tiger, but at least we have bins and they've never missed a pickup.

What seems to be the problem with Tiger? Have them for 7 years now and no issues.

Thanks everyone. Went with WM, they are a bit pricey but offer good service. A few of the companies kept me on hold for 30 before I finally gave up. Thanks again

One thing to watch out for with WM is that you never pay the bill late. I forgot to pay them one month, remembered a few days later, and the late fee was $40.

I switched to Tiger after that and the only problem I've had is that somebody stole my cart, and I'm waiting for Tiger to bring another one. Other than that, they've been great and I like paying quarterly.
