BCAD appraisal is finally there ( I said finally, because it's a month later than Houston's - not sure why it takes so long to complete, not to mention that the appraisal site is plain ugly and not very informative)

Very small decrease on mine.

Feel sorry for those that got huge increases. Gotta fund those schools somehow.

What I love is the BS they try to throw at you: "Oh it's down 6% from 2007" yeah, uh, because it was so friggin' overinflated at that time, ya think???
