I see a lot of adds for a company in SA called LGI Homes. Has anyone ever gone through them? Know what they require? Are they a good company of a scam??

Are these the ads that say "Stop renting!" and advertise a neighborhood near 410/90? They send them to everyoneeee. No matter where in the city you are. We would get them at my parents house at 10/1604 and I get them at 410/Jackson Keller now.

I never got the ads but I am familier with the LGI neighborhoods. Just another cookie cutter neighborhood with smaller garages and plots.

I don't belive that for one minute except for the growing too fast part.

The problem is people want a brand new home and the demand for new homes exceeds current inventory. "lol"

Not everyone wants an existing home. Why is that anyone's concern? The earth will be OK.

And I think you're right, rynetwo.

It is my concern. Don't like it? -> then too bad miss sapphire. I have every right to be vocal about how *I* feel about the alarming expansion of suburbs in San Antonio despite the fact it won't make any change to the city.
