I currently have a very nice occupied rental property in san antonio. I would like to sale it, what is the market like in that area right now?

It depends. Where on the east side? That's a very broad term.

dellcrest.

@clay1, it will still be nice. although i am a bit worried about that, was thinking of putting up survelience camaras. how do you prevent tenants from trashing your property.

It's not near east. It borders 410 but is inside the loop. It's a relatively decent and quiet neighborhood for the east side.

The market is not as good as more well-to-do sides of towns but San Antonio's market in general is booming. Now would be a good time to list.

I've seen both of your posts and it's clear you need an attorney. You are contemplating doing a lot of things that will get you in a legal bind. Spend the money now on some decent legal help and save a lot more in the long run.
