Cons: Internet seems slower than RR, you can only watch 4 TV's at once and if you are recording something it counts as 1, no caller ID on TV.
We've only had it a couple of days so I haven't been able to mess with it.
As far as connecting computer or other equipment to USB, that is something that will be upcoming. It will allow you to do several things but tech didn't give details.
Also regarding the 4 streams, it should be upgraded to 6 in a couple of months.

Is there no way around that? I'm sure I'm not the only one that has more than 4 TV's.. especially with all the model homes I've visited that include TV's in bathrooms.

The real question is, how often are all 4 tvs on, someone actually watching it and they are all on different channels?
This really is not a big limit for most people, but I am sure it is a limit for some.

We were told that in a couple of months it would be increased to 6 streams so that in essence 6 TV's could be on.

I talked with my coworkers that have u-verse and/or are thinking about it and none of them had ever heard of this.. So you can have as many TV's as you want, but only four can be receiving a signal at one time? It is pretty common for four or more TV's to be on at one time in my house..

That is correct, you can only get 4 streams at once right now, but it will probably be increased in the near future.

Just to be clear. I work with U-verse on a daily basis. You get 4 LIVE streams of TV per a home right now. So that means only 4 of your TVs can be watching/recording a different live signal. You can however still watch DVR content or the same channel that is on another TV because that's off the same stream. I know it's hard to make sense. They are trying to get more streams to the home, it's just a matter of time.

I am curious to see what time warners response will be since they currently advertise being the fastest in town. Maybe the next stop is a 15/2 extreme tier.

AT&T Give Free Wi-Fi
I know there on-goin debate on which is better, AT&T U-verse or TWC RR.....I thought I would just add some fuel to the fire.
Although I have never utilitized it...AT&T offers free WiFi to its DSL/U-verse customers. Does TW offer anything like that?
AT&T Gives Free Wi-Fi to More Broadband Users, Adds Faster Tier
SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- AT&T Inc. said Wednesday it will make its 10,000 Wi-Fi hotspots free to nearly all of its broadband Internet customers starting early next week.
Only subscribers to AT&T's premium broadband services previously had free access to its hotspots, leaving out the majority of high-speed users, who have the 1.5-Mbps service.
Now, more than 10 million broadband customers, most of AT&T's high-speed Internet subscribers, will be able to use the hotspots free of charge.
"It's a differentiator for us when people are choosing between competitors," said AT&T spokesman Fletcher Cook.
Most Wi-Fi hotspots -- in restaurants, airports and other public places -- charge daily or monthly fees for access.
AT&T wireless customers who use Apple Inc.'s iPhone currently must get a Wi-Fi package to use their iPhone at AT&T hotspots, but they now can use their iPhones at hotspots for free if they are AT&T broadband Internet subscribers.
San Antonio-based AT&T also said Wednesday that it will introduce a faster broadband service that can send data at up to 10 Mbps. The service, at $55 per month, will be available only to customers of its Internet Protocol-based television service, U-verse.
Demand for such high speeds still comes from a relatively small segment of the overall broadband market, in part because actual Internet speeds depend on a host of variables ranging from an individual Web site's server to the flow of data on various networks. Faster broadband services are most favored by customers who download movies and music or share a lot of photos over the Internet, all of which require heavy amounts of data to move across the network

Not that I like TWC, I'm hoping ATT gives them a real run for their money here, but:

They also have dial up while you are traveling...
I've been thinking about switching to Uverse, I just can't picture giving up my Dish Dual-Tuner HD DVRs right now, but their prices are creeping. I used to pay something like 120 for their "everything" package, and now thats gone closer to 140... I love how current customers get the shaft to bring on new ones....
