Anyone rememeber this masterpiece? (San Antonio, Anton: sales, home, buy)

I stumbled across this while doing some 'spring' cleaning:

I remember seeing that album. But I didn't understand what it was.

That was an album that was recorded sometime in the 80's of local San Antonio rock bands. 99.5 KISS use to have the home grown hour on Monday nights around 10 pm
and featured local and bands from across the state that had their songs played on
the air............What is the shape of the album itself,,, if you still have it.
I still buy vynal and hit the yard sales for them.....just wondered if you want to get rid of it.
