Normally this time of year I am NOT suffering from allergies, but this past 48 hours has me wondering is it allergies or a bad summer cold????!?!?!?!?

I have gone from feel like TOTAL Caca to better, to back on my butt. ESPECIALLY in the last 24 hours.....anyone else got this going on????

I REALLY don't want to expose folks at work if it is a sick thing, but NEED to go to work tomorrow if it is a "me" allergy thing.....any and all feedback MOST welcome!

I've had more allergy congestion than usual lately. San Antonio Allergy Data says the mold count has been up over the past week.

My husband and I both commented that our allergies have been acting up the past couple days or so and what a weird time of year it is for allergies. So you're not alone, sad to say!

Hope we feel better soon!

There is definitely something out there. I have felt like I have had a cold (without feeling sick, if that makes sense) for about a week now (sinus drama and dry cough). I just assumed there was something blowing around out there.

My neighbor said that there is some kind of "dust" issues from the Sudan of all places...but it is kicking my butt!!! Sorry to hear others are suffering, but good to know I can go to work without making others sick since it is allergies vs summer cold.

It's the dust for sure. The wind from the tropics blows it in. Just think of it as a little hurricane of sinus hell. It's just like the agricultural burning in Mexico in the late Spring. It will come up this way if the time is right. Sorry to hear everyone is struggling. I'm a bit sniffly but not horrible.

I'm not sniffly..but the back of my throat has been scratchy for a few days, and voice is hoarse in the morning and evening. Maybe the same thing.

My voice has been hoarse the last couple of days. I popped an Allegra this morning and have felt much better today than yesterday.

I thought it was just me. I had been sneezing all day yesterday and thought for sure I was coming down with a cold. Took an Allegra late yesterday and this morning I feel much better!

I finally cut out meat and dairy again last week since it seems to lessen my allergies to pollens, grasses and dust. I haven't taken any meds for a few days now and I had to take them everyday before.
