I live in Atlanta now and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with humidity in the south?

Atlanta is humid! In the summer you sweat just stepping outside. How is the humidity in San Antonio compared to Atlanta? The south in general. I'm hoping it's more dry SA?

Agreed. Nowhere near as bad here. I notice the heat here, not so much the humidity.

Default Sweat Recollection,

I remember as a kid riding in Dad's car , that was before automobiles came equipped with air-conditioning, coming to a halt at stop lamps in traffic and beginning to sweat in the intense south Texas heat here.
Awaiting anxiously for the light to turn green and dreading the next Red-Light...We are near enough to the gulf coast for humidity to be somewhat high. You will sweat a lot, humidity is around 70% average in the summer.

SA is humid, having the same climate as Atlanta: humid subtropical. But as bad as they are, our traffic and our drivers aren't anywhere near as bad as Atlanta.

SA is not even close to the humidity of Atlanta.

The company I work for has offices in FL, AZ and TX. Whenever the Arizonans visit, they complain about the humidity here. Whenever the Floridian employees visit, they are happy about being in less humid weather.

So while there is humidity, it isn't as bad as it is in the states in the south.

San Antonio does most certainly have humidity contrary to what some on here say. I remember summer evenings so humid you couldn't walk around the block.
