Aerotek is a temp agency contracted by Toyota.

I don't know how Aerotek hiring process works itself but what I can tell you is that Aerotek is currently the only way into Toyota production team (unless you have high up connections). It can be months to years before Toyota hires you as part of their team and you are no longer part of Aerotek's team.

FYI: Toyota likes to say they never lay off their employees, but if you are part of Aerotek and something happens that calls for the need in reduction of labor costs, Aerotek employees will be laid off quickly and doesn't even make Toyota look bad because they are not Toyota employees.
