Blanco and DeZavala don't intersect. I think you mean Blanco to Wurzbach Parkway and west to IH-10.

Blanco to 410 East to 281 South would be my recommendation, until the Wurzbach Parkway extension west to 281 opens in 2015.

Sorry for the confusion, I was answering "driveam's" question about coming from Bulverde.

Bulverde Rd. to Jones Maltsberger just inside 1604 to either Thousand Oaks or Bitters turning right/west to intersect with 281 turning left/south to downtown.
