Deep tissue does not necessarily mean a lot of pressure like most folks think.
Sometimes the advanced students in a school can do a good job.. just remember the old adage about getting what you pay for! ;-)

You only get one body, so it does pay to take care of it. You're stuck with it longer than even a car or house :-) so maintenance & repair is an excellent investment in your health.

In fact if you are going to go very deep in the body, you better know what you are doing, and you better do it slowly. Most people just aren't structurally open enough to tolerate that kind of work without working up to it systematically.

I went through the Rolfing training in Munich & the US, so that's just my POV of course.
